It does not work correctly on any of my 6 devices after the last update. It is a fantastic application and we can live with the new layout providing the program will work in landscape mode. All of our employees use their tables on a desk and since this change they have keep rotating the tablet all the time. Could not find a setting in the program to allow landscape viewing. Ron Knapik. Thank you. As soon as this programs works in landscape, I will have no choice but to give it a 5 star rating. Ron

Perfect!!! Easy!!! Calculate ANY of the 4 main variables if the other 3 are known. Monthly payment - Interest rate - Term - Loan amount. Other loan calculators just solve for monthly payment (unless you want to start getting into Net Present Value and other sophisticated calculations). But this app allows me to answer the client's question "what's the maximum loan amount I qualify for based on my income?" and of course, you have the other calculations as well. Like I said. Perfect. Easy.
