About Menopause
Menopause is not a disease, it is a natural physiological process that marks the end of the fertile period in women. In other words, menopause means the final end of the rules.
On average, menopause occurs in the fifties. Nevertheless, each woman can live her menopause sooner or later: there are therefore early menopauses (around 40 years) and late menopauses (after 55 years).
Heredity plays an important role in this process: the age at which other women in your family have been menopausal can therefore be considered as an indication.
