التبول لا ارادي عند الاطفال

يعتبر التبول الليلي اللاإرادي من المشكلات التي تؤرق الطفل وأسرته على حد سواء لما لها من آثار نفسية سلبية على الطفل خاصة كلما تقدم في السن. وهناك تبول لا إرادي بشكل أولي وهي حالة الطفل الذي لم يتوقف عن التبول اللاإرادي أثناء الليل مطلقا حتى بلوغه عمر الخامسة أو أكثر، وفي الأغلب يكون السبب فيها، تأخر في النمو الإدراكي بشكل عام، أو أسباب نفسية، ولا يكون هناك سبب وظيفي مثل وجود التهاب في الجهاز البولي.

وهناك التبول الليلي اللاإرادي الثانوي وهي حالة الطفل الذي يحدث له تبول ليلي لا إرادي بعد أن يكون توقف عن ذلك على الأقل لمده 6 أشهر. وفي هذا النوع تكون هناك أسباب مختلفة لحدوث التبول اللاإرادي.
