I applied for new pancard. But there was an ekyc error. And there Was a massage that is "you will recive refund in 7 working days " It is 14 th working day. And the refund is not yet to deposit. can you reply me why this delay happens. ? Or you are just cheated me. ?

Worse app i have ever use. I request to play store authority to ban this app with immidiate effect.

Most of the people in Northeast India and in South India used to keep their surname in short form officially with all their document's including Aadhar Card. Their surname's are like - T/S/K/PC/KL/U/Z/J etc. But to linked with PAN Card it require full surname with minimum three characters otherwise it cannot be linked. The problem is it is not easy to change all our surname from short to full but the easiest way is options for a single or double/triple etc for surname should be available on PAN Card. Or linking Aadhar Card and PAN Card should not be mandatory. It created lots of problem for many people. Linking with both document is important but document are also imp too. I still cannot linked my PAN and Aadhar too so i quited and waited for the time when options available for short form of surname.

This app is connected with income tax india filing site and which will not open unless you sign it via your pan no. And password. So why yo use such app if you have to do so. Directly go to it website . It is more secure. I delete the same in a 5 minutes after downloading.

Very good app..Very fast and accurate...It saves my time money...Thank u very much for the developers...But one drawback of this app is there is no link to upload the candidates scanned photo and signature...Pls pls pls correct it by next update..

I have try to apply a pan card for my lost pan card for that u guys charged the amount which applicable but from your side I didn't get any receipt or translation id.... are u guys r cheating the customers....
