فقه العبادات

الإسلام قائم على ممارسات المسلم الدينية حيث تأخذ الممارسات الدينية من المسلم وقت يجب عليه أن يتعلم أدائها بالطريقة الصحيحة والسليمة لكي يتقبل الله منه أعماله, فعليك أن تتذكر أن الله لا يضيع أجر المحسنين.
فقه العبادات إصطلاحا هو العلم بالأحكام الشرعية العملية المأخوذة من أدلتها التفصيلية الصحيحة وفق أصول فقهية صحيحة.
وقد نشأ هذا الفقه بنشأة الدين الإسلامي لكي يتماشي مع حاجة المسلمين الروحية لأداء مناسكهم على أتم وجه. وقد مر بأطوار مختلفة, وأهمها هو الطور النبوي الذي بدأ مع بداية تكليف الرسول محد صلى الله عليه وسلم, بالرسالة وحتى إنتقاله إلى الرفيق الأعلى, فالوحي كان هو الصدر الرئيس للفقه, بما جاء به القرآن الكريم أو بما أجتهد به النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم, والتي إستنبطها من أحكام الوحي, أو كان يتبعها بالتسديد, وكان إجتهاد الصحابة هو من مصادر الفقه في حياة الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم أو بعد وفاته. توالت على الفقه أطوار متعددة بعد وفاة الرسول محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم.
وفروع الفقه هي:
فقه العبادات.
وإختصاصه هو العبادات من الطهارة, الصلاة, الزكاة, الحج, العمرة, الصيام
فقه المعاملات.
ويختص بالأمور الحياتية الربا, الإجارة, الرهن, الصرف, الوقف, البيع, المشاركة, المضاربة, المساقاة, الجعالة.
الطلاق, الجنايات, المواريث, الأطعمة والأشربة, القضاء والشهادات.
