The formula to have a flat stomach
The objectives and body parts involved are the abdominals. The duration is about 20 minutes and the difficulty is for beginners.
General information
Like most people, possibly you've decided to have a flat and defined stomach. But after years doing 500 pushups every workout, you have learned that determination only takes you away when the focus is wrong. Even a whole hour doing abs does not equal the benefits of a 10 minutes workout like the one routine I’m showing you now.
How to do this training?
Perform the following training three times per week. Make sure you never perform these exercises one day after another.
Complete the exercises as a defined series and perform all sets of an exercise before moving on to the next. Make sure you take the necessary rest before you do the next exercise.
Circuit: Do one set of each exercise in a group consecutively, without breaks between each other. When you complete these exercises, repeat the circuit again making a set of each exercise without breaks between them. Continue to make the total number of sets recommended.
Strength: Complete all sets of an exercise at the same time without breaks between them. Then move to the next exercise.
Superset: Two consecutive movements (such as a circuit) without breaks between them.

2- Plank with Feet on a Swiss ball
3- Side Plank Lift
4- Straight-arm Plank
5- Straight-arm Plank with Shoulder Touch
6- Straight-arm Plank and Raise
