What would you think if I tell that you can transform your entire physique with only five exercises? You probably would not believe it. So for you to believe me, I did the “impossible” and designed a simple but very effective five exercise program, you will achieve everything that you thought impossible: burn fat and change your physical, without having to spend hours in the gym .
HOW TO DO THIS TRAINING?
Perform this workout three days a week, resting at least a day between each session. So you could do it on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Complete the exercises as consecutive series performing all sets of an exercise before moving on to the next. Be sure to rest between exercises as needed and before proceeding to the next.
These are time-series. Perform the exercise for the indicated time (30 seconds) before resting (30 seconds) and move to the next set.
Circuit: Perform 1 set of each exercise consecutively without taking breaks. Once you have completed these exercises, repeat the circuit again, doing 1 set of each without taking breaks. Continue to complete the total amount of specified series(4).
Resistance: Complete all series of exercise, while taking breaks. Then continue with the next exercise.
Superset: Two consecutive movements as in circuit ,without taking breaks.
PD: Remember that you need to do the routine for 30 minutes, doing as many repetitions you can do of each exercise in 30 seconds, and then resting as needed for 30 seconds. Next, I will show you a video of each exercise so you can do it correctly.
