A very basic app created with an App builder so not very powerful but should do a decent job.
*Please note the new Push notifications feature requires a new permission to "see" your accounts, only because it needs to see your google account to work- its nothing to worry about and having the ability to push notifications to the users will help keep the app free*
May Allah reward the brothers of HMC who have taken it upon themselves to look after our Imaan by monitoring what we eat and ensuring that we only consume what is truly Halal.
Tip: You can auto-locate your position by clicking the blue navigation arrow at the top of the map. Once your position has been located you have the option to navigate or get directions to your selected Restaurant.

This app tries to access your contacts on your phone, also one of the adverts displayed at the bottom was advertising "50 shades of grey" which I doubt is halal!

As explained already, you can pinpoint your location by pressing the blue arrow/GPS icon at the top of the map. Once it has you located its very easy to then pinch to zoom in and find out your nearest Restaurant.

Very slow, doesnt zoom into your gps location, you have to pinch and zoom but the problem is you've zoomed in other than the gps location. You have to zoom out again. Its easier going to the hmc website and entering in the postcode in google maps.

It's clearly a work I progress that still needs a lot of work but it's a good (and useful) start. Not sure how up to date it is though as I'm sure here are a few on the website not shown in this app
