About SLP Progress Monitoring
SLP Progress Monitoring App is a comprehensive app that allows you, as a speech therapist, to quickly take data, assess progress, and/or use as stimuli during a speech therapy activity. This app is designed primarily for grades K-3 but can be used for older grades as well.
As speech therapists, we are ALWAYS needing to gather data for goal updates, IEP writing, screening, and assessing progress. I found myself constantly searching for materials and felt very disorganized. To fix this problem, we decided to make this app! I LOVE it and I hope you do too!
How It Works:
This app is divided into 10 sections. Each section targets a different area of language development. The app itself has all the stimuli, prompts, and pictures. We included many different data forms to track responses, progress, and assess how errors could guide treatment.
What's Included:
Articulation screening tool with photo stimuli
WH questions for short stories and conversation
Following directions section broken down by type
Picture description tasks
Sentence repetition to probe all major grammatical structures
Personal narrative analysis
Similarities & differences pictures
Data sheets in Google Drive
Data sheets in PDF format
Data sheets to assess progress over time
How to Track Progress:
To cater to everyone's likes, we offer a few ways to track progress. We have PDF forms and Google Drive™ Docs. We also have a form which includes all sections and a form to track progress over time. Of course, you can just use the prompts in this app and take data any way you would like (i.e., post its!)
About Us
This app was wrote and designed by a practicing speech language pathologist. We understand how busy and difficult our jobs can be! We hope that this app will help make your day a little easier.
DISCLAIMER
This is NOT a standardized measure! Please, don't use any data from this app to qualify or dismiss students from speech/language services. This app IS ONLY designed to track progress over time, gather data on goals, and/or use as a quick activity during speech therapy.
