So if you haven't heard about this yet, 2 pro ballers have just released a crazy new vertical jump program and the hype around it this week has been a little intense.

One of the creators is the world's highest dunker and the other is a professional player. The program is called Vert Shock and it's only just been released but people are already adding impressive inches to their vertical jumps.
