Bikini Body Guide

My fitjouney officially started at the 5th of january 2015, when I started the Bikini Body Guide. I had stumbled upon this guide a few days earlier, shortly before New Year’s Eve, and it was the thing that motivated me the most to start my fitjourney, as I was certain this program would give me a head start. In the days after I discovered BBG, I spoke about it with my roommate, and she wanted to start as well, so on Monday morning, January 5th, we headed towards the gym together.

The program is based around 3 weekly resistance workouts. These workouts are aimed at specific muscle groups: on Monday you train legs, and abs and arms follow later in the week. Each workout consists of two circuit, and each circuit consists of 4 exercises. You set your timer at 7 minutes and start the exercises of the first circuit. When you finish Women Workout: Home Gym Cardio the fourth exercise and the timer hasn’t gone off yet, you do exercise 1 again. After 7 minutes you get a 1 minute break and then it’s circuit 2 for 7 minutes. After this you repeat circuit 1 and 2, so in total it’s 4×7 minutes.
