I find Kira's pilates apps really helpful as I'm a stay at home mom and I don't get much time to exercise. However, this app was a bit of a disappointment. The videos don't work properly. I have to restart them a few times for the image to work, and then only certain ones will eventually play. Please can this be fixed?

A seriously great app. One that you will actually use. Kira's instruction is so good- she's encouraging & the style is the best I've found. With full video sessions, you really can't go wrong. I'm really glad I selected this app! Excellent - oh, and the Grace-Girl Site within the App has really fun extras!

I have hypermobility syndrome and have suffered from joint paint for years. These apps have helped me to work out safely and as a result my joint pain has been greatly reduced. I would never have been able to get this far if I had not come upon Kira's apps
