1962 Roman Breviary for Android
The $0.99 fee helps contribute towards developing and updating the app. The app is updated regularly every three months so you never miss a prayer.
Love it!!
Wonderful app but I do wish I could "hide" the Latin and only show the english translation. Mea culpa.
It's nice to have the prayers available offline, but the paid app, unlike the free one, seems to have no way to adjust the font size and the default is small enough to be a strain on the eyes. An exit button would be a welcome addition too.
Since getting this app, I've switched over to praying the 1962 office exclusively. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is the delay in updating the portion available offline. We're now well into April with no update; offline availability ends with March...I'd gladly pay more for an app like this that is consistently and promptly updated if that's the issue here but right now I'm pretty disappointed.
Should be upgrated by intergrating the full cycle with simple calculation so that there is no need to update every three months, it is okay even if the app size is 50mb... Please consider. Shalom.
Worth five stars when up to date, but was not updated for April 2016; so, as of now it's useless.
The only thing I would want to see in a future update are options for votive offices, such as First Friday Votive Office of the Sacred Heart. That would make this the perfect breviary app. Aside from that I find this app is the best way of praying the traditional daily office.
The best port for android so far of the divinum officium website

Most all other apps that have the 62 breviary on them you either have to be connected to the Internet to use or can only download them for a couple of days or up to 2 weeks. This one gives you 3 months ahead. It's nice but the only downside is that the 3 month upgrade is often late and can't get for a few days after. But thank you for this app!!!!
