Built in 2014, eco-friendly construction materials include concrete made from fly ash, a byproduct of recycling and re-use materials such as wood, steel, iron. One environmentally sustainable building practice used during construction diverts debris from landfill disposal by redirecting recyclable material back to the manufacturing process.

Greenhost Boutique Hotel is approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in six key areas of human and environmental health such as sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection, indoor environmental quality, and innovation in design.
