This app would be much better if it said how much to lift depending on weight or something. .. but it gives results fast... if it doesn't work for you then your not doing your part such as eating healthy and doing it right

Didn't learn anything, nothing but basic exercises that everyone knows already, the way the reps are set out doesn't make sense, why would you purposely decrease the reps after each set?

make a 3 stages in first stage make 14 to 15 days for beginners. tell them which exercise do first and for how long.
