《中華人民共和國香港特別行政區基本法》，簡稱《香港基本法》或《基本法》，是中華人民共和國全國人民代表大會制定的一部全國性法律，是香港特別行政區的憲制文件，自1997年7月1日起，取代了殖民地時期《英皇制誥》及《皇室訓令》的地位，確認了香港特別行政區政府的組成辦法、權力和責任及其與中國中央政府的關係等。
