About Buddhism Audio Lectures

Listen to a series of talks on the Buddhism, called Understanding the Buddhist Path.
Enjoy over 12 hours of western teachers giving their perspective on such topics as the mind, the spiritual teacher, meditation, suffering, impermanence, loving kindness and compassion and the wisdom of emptiness.

You have the choice of either listening via audio streaming from the internet or you can download the files to your device.

* All files are streamed from the internet (internet connection needed to listen!)
* You can also download each MP3 file by using the download icon in the top right corner
* If file is downloaded, the app will serve the audio file directly from your device (no internet connection needed)
* Audio (streamed and downloaded) stops automatically when you receive a call

When you exit the app while an audio file is still active and playing, you can see a small music note in the notification bar. That is how you can get back to the app and either stop or change the audio. App will not be listed in Task Manager.

This is a FREE ad-supported app, but without the annoying push-ads!

This version of "buddhist" is not at all aligned with the teachings of the Buddha. This derives from an Indian sect that strove to justify and perpetuate the caste system with skewed beliefs in karma that sound good, but are fundamentally evil; and is the reason India today has more slaves than any other country and according to amnesty international more actual slaves than have existed in all other places throughout history combined! All this justified by the exact beliefs promoted in this audio.

A gentle, compassionate, and interesting walk through Buddhism's most personally helpful explanations of the 'Why' of suffering.
