The way I used it was I wrote down everything I needed to do from the list onto paper. Laminating a typed list is perfect for carrying with you and marking things off. I used this list as a guide but may not keep it on my phone. I agree with Ruby Ann that it would be better as a checklist where we can add or remove a few items that do not apply to us and remove ads if we like.

Its literally a list of what to clean! I've been wondering how to clean because I feel like I'm always cleaning. Harder never smarter. This is definitely going to help me starting tomorrow am to clean smarter. the only thing that could make it an A+++ is if there where check marks and then a clear all button to use it over again each week. But it's awesome. I recommend it whole heartedly
