Wheat Belly Diet Tips. for Android
I like the content. Good info and good layout.
This app includes tips on living gluten free. While it mentions wheat belly many times, it has nothing to do with the wheat belly diet and seems to consider gluten free and grain free to be the same concept. It also is essentially an advertisement for a magazine. Many of the free recipes that it brags about require you to subscribe to (at the very least) or pay for a subscription to this gluten free magazine. There are some helpful things in there, if you are more interested in gluten free than wheat belly
The Wheat Belly diet is mentioned but this app is not dedicated to it. Mostly a series of links to other resources. Plenty of suggestions to spend money by buying recipe books or magazines.
Dr Davis does not recommend the use of sugary grains such as rice tapioca corn etc, but the recipes here call for such ingredients. You will NOT lose weight or overcome diabetes using these high carb foods. Uninstalling.

Just links & youtube, i can find that myself
There is valuable information in this app about weight loss without going on a starvation diet. Download it and check it out.
To me the whole point about wheat free is about no wheat or grains. Replacing breads with wheat free breads or cakes with wheat free cakes is avoiding the obvious: eat differently, and no more wheat. I've found it to be a little like the Atkins diet, I've lost weight and I feel better and the Dr says: Carry on! App uninstalled.
This makes so much sense.. Everyone needs to read this info. So much awesome information in this app. Glad I found it.
