The two lines on protractor get stuck in the bottom of Dee and are unable to be selected and moved for next measurement. Moreover, the angle lines show angles beyond 180, like 300, 400 and sometimes 500.

Very good - but not too sure about the conversion between imperial and metric. Calibrate one and the other is slightly out. Did you use 2.5 or more accurately 2.54 for the conversion?
