Spell Checker PRO

I paid one time charge fee for this web and installed on my Samsung Note 5 last year. After few months. It doesn't work at all. Whatever I put in. It says no spelling error found. I even deleted it and reinstalled but still doesn't work. I emailed them but I received no responses at all. It sucks, just want my money.

I thought this would be great so I got the paid for version so to test it I put some random letters in, checked it....no spelling errors found. This is false selling as the product is not fit for purpose.

Every word comes back with no errors when I find errors. This is a joke.

slow to load, says long press the "search button" for better function?!? Not on a sam G2! What we really need is an inline checker no matter where we are, ala MS word style where you "right click" on an underlined word and get choices. But perhaps that's an Android limitation... dunno. Also, the voice input is a joke, as you get one try and the next voice overwrites the text already there.

Why do I need Internet connection?

Just bought this app in pro. as av been using it for a long time now on my phone and tablet and thought its only right to buy it.anyway av payed for pro on my phone.so now why can't i put the pro version on my tablet as well without it charging me £2.82 again..the pro virsion is already in my google account now.i can with other apps av purchased..i think this is out of order..av sorted it. i just copied the pro version from my phone to my tablet..

It doesn't check spelling! I paid over 4 bucks for it and when it wasn't catching words that I KNEW were spelled wrong I did a test. Sure enough, it doesn't catch anything! How do I get my money back? I spelled chocolate "chocoldzeq" (intentionally) and it came back "No Spelling Errors"! I should've read the other reviews.

I have used this app for years and just now it is not working can you fix it so I can give you 5 stars again.

What a waste of money, firstly, why do u need an internet connection? Secondly this app is littered with bugs. It doesn't select words porperly, rather skips the first 3 letters or so and adds it to the next word, hence you have to edit anyway. It also doesn't highlight properly and only cuts and paists properly half the time, I would run this comment through a spell checker, but I don't have a decent one, so live with the spelling mistakes!

After I've written about 30 words, those words just disappear. It happened a number of times. I had to abandon it.

Does not work!

Just doesn't work, won't even show up in Lollipop System Settings, so I can't choose it over the built in spell checker. Because of network outtage, I won't even get my money back on this one Just sad ...

I have used this app I paid for pro. It is not working when are you going to fix it.

I really like this application. I've tested Ginger (which IMO is better), but I use an external keyboard (Ginger is an on-screen keyboard), so I use this app to help. I subscribe to Ginger and also use it on my PC... yes, I love Ginger.. I am waiting for an android background app, which is always on and always checking my spelling and GRAMMAR, as opposed to the apps like this one, which require non-real-time cut and paste. Until I find a real-time S&G app, I use this app. It is good, but does not always find gwammer and sepelling (:)) errors.

I'm not really sure This is worth a cup of coffee... No grammar check? and it even missed some spelling errors.

This app inerferes with other apps by appearing all the time in place of the app you really wanted. Very unhappy as I payed for it and now must deleat it to stop it taking over.

Great app. Very helpful.

You cannot save it after you check your other task or you lose everthing you wrote! That sucks! It is not worth because of no saving of your work!

Works as it should

I have the pro version and used since Android 2.x, when there were few apps with built in spell check. It finds typos but accepts American and UK spelling (eg color and colour). I had difficulties with the app's paste function but could use the andriod facility to paste from the cursor. It needs work but good to see some development at last. Priorities for me would be UK English and an offline facility possibly linked to Colordict (which has a UK English offline module and links to moon+reader). In moon+ I selected my dictionary of choice and color dict opens with its definition of the word I have hignlighted. if the dictionary is providing an API for moon+ maybe spell checker could use this too? With these two facilities working with reasonable stability I would give it 5 stars.

I went ahead and purchased the PRO version because I needed to check a paper. For an app you have to purchase, I expected a lot more. It only has very basic features (actually more like one feature) and doesn't include standard things like "ignore all" or "save to dictionary." It also doesn't do ANY grammar check. And it even missed simple words like preschool. Don't waste your money on this crappy app, it's not worth a cent.

The write-up for this app seems to try to pad its capabilities by including languages that are seldom needed and whose lack of support will therefore go unnoticed. Slovak is one of these languages. After choosing Slovak from the drop-down list of all those languages, the app simply returns English words as suggestions for the misspelled Slovak ones that I tested the app with. So test your favourite language before paying these people anything.
