Task Killer

Dependable. Stable. Extremely simple to use with a very straight forward interface and noticeably extends the battery life. Have this ? 3 phones and a tablet now. The fact that you can set the refresh rate on the Auto Kill feature is great as it shuts down those annoying apps that constantly keep restarting. Ours like having your own guard dog at the door! Bravo guys! Luv it!

I notice that Task Killer is incapable of committing suicide lol. The app kills tasks alright, but those apps that appear to gobble up the most RAM are those that start right back up a couple of seconds after you kill them. So, one has to ask ... what's the point? By the way, placing an add inside the list of apps is not cool. Having it move around inside the list is even less cool. The absence of an option to acquire an ad-free Pro version is a pity. Finally, this app is just begging to have one or more widgets.

Installed on my Nexus 6p. It did not show any apps running at all when I had many open. Must no be compatible with my version of Android.

apparently works differently in different phones. works but doesnt autokill in moto g5. the only way to not have autostarts is to root but then u cant use banks etc which verify root.

It really does close down background apps and free's up much needed RAM. You can set the app to close down other apps every minute. I recommend it!

I like the app,my phone stays at 38 percent of ram. Phone works great apps don't work much when u have settings set right

keep the auto-kill task, it saves memory space and your battery life. amazing work!

Repeatly starting and killing aps drains battery due to high CPU usage

It works, but for some reason, it doesn't "see" some running app, so it doesn't kill them. For example, I installed it to keep at bay annoying wiko's Phone Assistant, but it doesn't see it when it's running, and doesn't kill it, neither manually nor automaticaly

Well so far I've been really task enjoying this app //// I think there's only one thing is that I have to say is that I like the the app

My phone keeps cooled and free of space.. I just simply love it.. it does what it has to do.. you can set up for how many second or minutes to force close the apps.

Does not work on Oreo. Showing blank page for list of running tasks

Could be better. Accounting for memory used and released are not accurate.

Does not work AT ALL on s7. Does not see open apps. Does not kill those it can see.

Ran without any problems, excellent for those who don't want to stop all applications manually.
