appListr allows you to create am extensive HTML list of your installed applications, with icons and app store links.

I created this for quick reference when switching from a non-rooted phone so I could choose apps to install.

Having multiple devices can weigh down Gooogle Play's install history list, but this app will let you view only your current device's currently installed apps.
