The 1 star rating is not for the app itself, but for this and all the other so called modern bible versions. 1John 5:7-8 in this bible is basically the same as the jehovah's witnesses bible, it completely omits that There are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit and the three are one. There are many more scriptures that has been tampered with in this bible, as well as (ALL) the other modern bible versions.... the King James Bible is the only true Word of God and satan knows if he can disarm the sword of Truth from you it's easy pickings. (ALL) the modern bibles are deceiving bibles. They attack the Deity of Jesus, the virgin birth, and so many more. Time is running out, please do your research. I have only use the audio of this app and I love it. The man that is reading from the passages does a very good job, he changes his voice to make it very entertaining, he does not read it too, fast nor does he read it so slow that you loose interest and when he reads for a sinister character I love the way he changes his voice. I wasn't impressed with the set up for reading or signing into it(I tried it out to complete this survey) you can highlight, and do a few other things but there are some better bible apps out there for that purpose, when it comes to study. As an AUDIO bible, I give this a 5 star rating, I listened to 10 different bibles and this one was the one that enunciated clearly, spoke at a good speed (not fast, not slow) and he did only slight characterizations to keep it fun. This App is about the bible and clearly they achieve that goal. I love it.
