The guide is unique in the italian and international scene because it is the only one dedicated to wines from native grapes, that is, to those wines produced 100% from vines that have been present in Italy for over 300 years.

Vinibuoni d'Italia is based on a unique selection process for commitment and transparency. In fact over 80 tasters collaborates with the guide, gathered in 21 working committees that operate in their area of expertise.

The finals for the highest awards, the Crown and the Golden Star, is public and is open - unique case in Italy – to the participation of the media.
