Binary Conv/Calc

The Binary Conv/Calc application is a tool that allows the user to convert binary into octal, decimal, and hex; and hex, decimal, and octal back into binary. The second function of the application is a calculator that allows the user to add, subtract, divide, and multiply binary, octal , decimal or hex.
