I'm totally blown away to find out what I actually am.

I've just started using the app. I like it very much. I am learning alot.

Again...no transfer from web to app. Annoying & disappointing.

Link Won't Open After Upgrade Says "some data not loading"

There's no report of information that's useful. 23 and me is so much more detailed and somehow the results I got are completely different than everyone else in my family. Since my mom is pretty sure she did in fact give birth to me I think this report is wrong. Not to mention my results add up to 76% so there's a whole lot of missing info. It was a gift or is ask for a refund. I'm more confused now than I was before

It's a nice app but when linking it should open the app on my device not go to the web. The other issue is searching for living members. Please fix these

I like the app. when it works, but much of the time it only gives me advertisements trying to get me to buy a kit, with no way of accessing my results. The support staff aren't able to tell me how to fix the problem, either. This is VERY frustrating.

I really appreciate this app, but the fact that you get forwarded to the default/any browser to view/do on mobile devices is not a well designed considering the quality of developers that work for you now and the money they make.

I try to click on my DNA matches and the page won't load. I tried what Google suggested, but either something is wrong with the app or google.

It is sometime difficult to navigate.

It's way better then my Heritage DNA test

App was working fine then I logged out. Can't log in keeps saying my password is invalid even though I have changed it three times. Password works fine online but not through this app. Uninstalled and reinstalled but no success. Please help!

I like the app, but I paid for a kit for my great uncle & they would not let me manage it without him giving consent. I had to make a 4 hour drive, put him on speaker phone to say I was his great niece & I could set up his kit. If I'm paying for it I should not have to do that.

Started process of activating dna kit and was prompted to download the dna app for easy activation. Unable to log into this app no matter what I do. No problem logging into the website or Ancestry app, but not this one. Frustrating!!

The app was great while I was waiting for my results, since I could stalk each step along the way. However, once your results are in you are unable to view your DNA matches within the app and are redirected to a browser, making the app fairly useless at this point. I just use the DNA section of the regular Ancestry app.

This was an experience of enlightenment! My results had lots of surprises. At the end of the day we are all connected beings with more similarities than differences.
