Things I liked: 1- Now I can buy Taaza anytime I want(a lot of stores in Ahmedabad don't keep Taaza). 2- I am able to choose on which day and what time on that day I want the delivery by choosing time slot. 3- There needed to be a refund because one specific item wasn't available at time of delivery, and I got the refund in my account on the same day of delivery. 4-if ordered in morning, the items can be delivered the same day in evening slot. Things I didn't like: 1-one item which I ordered wasn't available at the time of delivery.

Worst app. They don't have items in stock and they do not even inform about the same . Further they don't deliver on time. Every time der vehicle get break down. Very bad experience. Wl not recommended to use. It's better to go at outlet directly n buy and save Ur time

Downgrading the rating to 1 from 3 as nothing has changed since quite long now. The application is fair enough for solving the purpose, but the UX doesn't seems like you are using a Browser and not an application. There isn't any referral benefits provided in the app. When using mobikwik mobile wallet, the supercash benefit not appearing any more which was showing earlier.

Everyday delivery is late than scheduled time slot. Complained to customer care so many times but they always have a reason for delay. Everyday they find a reason. Delivery guys are rude and openly asks to complain to customer care to see if anyone listens to it. Totally unprofessional and third class service by so called Amul brand.

The worst app ever. Every time some or the other thing is out of stock and cancel partial order. Mostly cancels the item which do have the maximum discount i.e: Rs. 2-5 (max dis.) Deliver half order that too never on time. Customer care executive will reply roughly and will disconnect the call. Never ever order products from this app. Would like to rate 0 istead of 1 even.

Below third class service hardly come on time and customer service is also Third Grade. If you have small child at home never depends on this third class service it completely spoil the Amul name. Hope they come at least on time after taking full month amount in advance. Better go with local milk shop

Worst online service I ever used. By this service they are spoiling the name of Big Brand AMUL. Never delivered the full order. Not delivered order on time. Sometimes order will be cancelled automatically. Don't use this service.

It is the worst service they are providing. The milk ordered is always rotten. Rather than that the milk occasionally come expired. So don't use the services as they are just waste of money time and mind

Order something but got call they don't have some items I totally refused to take half order but they refunded some money but rest of still not return. Please be careful. It's fraud app.

Horrible app. Most of the items listed are not in stock. None of my orders were correctly fulfilled. Amul should stop taking customer for granted as plenty of options are available. Infibeam is bad supporter. Amul Better discontinue this app rather than spoil brand name.

This app had some issues with availability of most of the items but now it almost resolved. Good app to buy amul products if any scheme is there. But they don't value time and most of the time late deliveries.

Good service. Now I can buy dimond milk. Only problem is delivery time. if I select delivery slot 4.30 am to 7.30 am they deliver at around 9. If they can deliver in early morning like between 7-8 this would be great. Apart from this very good so far.

Worst app.. ever.. They don't have sufficient item's in stock and also they don't inform us item's are not in stock ago.. i didn't see worst app and it's service regarding order like this before... ????

App sign me out for no reason. Every time I have to delete it and reinstall it then only i able to place an order. Though other things are good. Always goods delivered on time and main thing the are not fragile or spoil. So thumb's up ????

This app is good...but I want to review it for its products.. because they are not allowing negative reviews on their app... Pros.. 1.for milk delivery it's good..that u don't have to go out for it.. Cons... 1. They don't allow negative reviews..I wrote ones for Amul deshi milk which I got rotten one....but don't show on app... 2. I ordered icecream ..which thay delivered like thick milkshake...it was running..due to this unfrothed icecream I got.. 3. With one of my orders there was free items worth 10 rs.. delivery boy said it's not in stock so l ll give u in next order..but after that I ordered more then 15 times but still I didn't get thay free item...now delivery guy say call to customer care..I called ones 10 days back..but still I didn't get that..as it is only 10 rs product..I m avoiding calling customer care again and again...but it is matter of fair business practices.. Conclusion..this app is good for milk only.....and thay don't have good refrigeration system with delivery guy..he is delivering in Toyota Etios...lol...????????

Pathetic service. Most of the items r out of stock & those having in stock, order stand cancelled automatically after 1 day.

How do you just change minimum order value to 125 ??? That means we have to order in bulk which ever you want. Amul was such a good brand, but seeing such malpractice now. Really started hating amul due to this fact. It's more convenient now to use local delivery boy than use app everyday.

Very bad customer experience. Delay in refunds and orders. This is the 3rd instance in last 15 days...really disappointed. Will never place order through Amul again

The quality of milk is considerably very bad compared to the milk bought from amul outlets. It gets spoil within a day. While the milk from outlet remains good for 3-4days. It has happened often.

Good to get products delivered at home. However fulfillment process is pathetic. Orders takes weeks to deliver and that to get cancelled after a week siting unavailability. Delivery process below standard as mixup happens. Instead of ordered item different items get delivered. Bottom line product catalogue and inventory are not in synch. 2 star given for Amul brand quality and convenience. Need to improve big-time on delivery/order fulfillment.

This is a worst app ever.. It don't deliver subscribed product on time .don't deliver it on the same day either and don't even bother to inform.. they don't have discounted product in stock..

Not listening complaints. Customer care is worth less. Once u received goods, they won't bother. Also I filed complain through email, but all in vain.

Very Bad app. Worst UI. Hangs a lot. Service is very bad. Amul never delivered any of the order. All the time they call and give some excuse for not being able to serve the order.

Pathetic service.... Either they don't deliver at all or short supply or don't deliver on time. Not at all reliable. Not at all serious about orders. Seems they are doing it for fun.

Very Bad Experience ! They are not having Malai Paneer in their list ! so I ordered the Fresh Paneer and they have deliver the product which was manufactured before a month where in other online portals you are getting fresh paneer ! And They are not having slim and trim milk ! They have only kept tetra pack which is costlier ! I think they are taking benefit of the Monopoly so doing what they want ! Disappointed :(

I give one star because of not option for 0 star. I subscription for some order & not refunded amount for some of paused dated order. When call in customer care they just told " I will check & call back " I already provided screen shot but no one giving proper answer. The delivery man some times provide less quantity than subscription. Customer care officer also not provide complain number.

Not at all recommended as they give milk on the day of expiry. We have to throw milk consecutively for 2 days. No one to answer this complaint. My order Id is 686658252826536

Bakwaas sevice ever I seen...don't have any word to explain, at the time of the requirement of the ordered stuff, I came to know that can't it cant be shipped due to stock unavailablity very manipulating.

Worst bakwass app i have seen please don't download wast of time yesterday i​ order and time slot is today 7 to 10 am but still not received and there os no contact number also to complain about this

Milk supply 6 hrs later then commited time. Payment made was not confirmed payment receipt even after 3days. Still need to learn from others.

Worst app ever, app running slow, There is no rating system for vendors for their service improvement...amul team pls check with other good apps for customer service providers like ebay, uber, flipkart, Amazon etc and implement your app. Totally disappointed

While the app is a good initiative and dos the basic work but browsing through the products is a tedious task. The app lags a lot. Slide feature on home screen does not works. Need to improve this.

Worst service - can never meet up the time slot. Always out of stock and bad quality of milk packets are delivered. Shame on amul.

Horrible service. After taking money for subscription, first day delivered spoilt milk and second day didn't deliver at all.

Wanted for subscription but unable to do. Discussed with customer care no result. Emailed the quarry to support team also and there is no reply to quarry.

One word Hopeless/Highly unprofessional...Can you imagine people bringing you Amul butter in hand when temperature is 35 degrees. I ordered 3 things out which I got a call that 1 product is not available and then 2 other products were brought in hand out of which one was butter. I can say very bitter experience..

Worst app and worst customer care services. I ordered Amul process sliced cheese of INR 450 but they delivered me a expired product and the cheese was totally spoiled.after eating Amul's cheese I suffered from food poison.. When I complaint this incident in Amul they don't supported me. So don't buy anything from this app bcz they clear their expired stock through this platform.

Poor service I got expired product and after prompt complaint from my side it took 10 days but still I am waiting for my refund... Will never buy anything from here.. Still I am calling their helpline everyday and getting the same answer to keep my passion till tomorrow.. I have talked with their higher executives couple of times and they refused to give me the contact information of the top management so that I can complaint.. And we don't have any further details on which we can express our feelings.. Never buy from here....
