I had our IT people install it on all corporate phones about 6 months ago with no problems. We are mostly Samsung, and I have Galaxy 7. Its gives our IT people all the control they need and it's way more budget friendly than the AirWatch and the other big guys. Great for a tight budget.

doesn't work with Samsung Galaxy S6 anymore ... phone doesn't have ability to encrypt which is central importance to the app working ... factory reset or new phone??? really!

Great app for the price! We looked at a lot of mdms before buying and they were all too expensive for the features we needed. This one has everything for one price. It's also really easy to install we had all of our users done in a day. Our user don't like it much because we are now able to restrict a lot of their access for security that we were not able to do before.

Complete garbage use another company! Keeps shutting off my Samsung S7 GPS radio and my mobile hotspot. Also, was clogging up my exchange email ports. I couldn't send emails. I had to make changes to remove my account and re-add. Now its constantly asking me to re-enter my password and my IT people say that the app is junk.

The worst mdm platform on the market. Poor customer service and massive lack of knowledge. Comminication skills really need to be worked on guys.

I tried different vendors for MDM for my company as an IT administrator. My test functions & results: 1. Enrollment: I used self enrollment for the devices. Went without any problem. 2. Selective Wipe: I was able to ping all the email account in the console & able to selectively delete company accounts or company documents from the device. 3.Blacklist Apps: I liked the feature where I could block by category in addition to single app. 4. Location Tracking: Initially I couldn't see location. Then I realized that I had disabled Location access on my device. I found that as an alert from Amtel MDM which send me an email as well as a push on the device. As soon as I allowed access to the App, I was able to locate my device. 5. Geofencing: Initially I was not sure what it meant but when I got into it, it was a cool thing to do. I setup a Geofence around our office & I could change the test device behavior as they entered or left the fence. I tested this feature on some other MDMs but could find the same granular level details as I could do in this product 6. Encryption: I was able to force encryption on the device by checking it & then enabling it using Rules engine.

Our state department uses Amtel and they are easily as good if not better than most other bigger and more expensive MDMs out there - - do your research!
