About Navigation Music Controller
How to play, pause and skip music tracks in Google Maps or any other app (for example Navigon, TomTom, CoPilot, Skobbler, WhatsApp, Chrome) without switching to your music player app? This app automatically detects when Google Maps, Google Navigation or any other app of your choice is active and shows an overlay displaying music controls.

Since the update the app works with not just the default music player, but also with Google Play Music, Spotify, Deezer, and any other music player I can think of on my Samsung Galaxy S4. It's great I don't have to start the music player manually every time I get in my car; just launch Maps and the controls are right there. Play/pause also starts the selected music player in the background if it isn't active already, which is a great plus. It's also nice the orientation can be switched; in vertical mode it is less obstructive.

I liked it at first but I feel it is too glitchy. Active screen would go to the home screen on its own. And then when you would go back to the app it would disappear. Also I felt my phone got slower. So you're using an app, it goes to the home screen on its own, then you come back and it's gone. This happens everytime after 20 minutes or or so. The app works, I like it. It is just too glitchy for me.

I like how it gives you the ability to choose different music apps, as I don't use the stock app. It's a life saver, as having to pull down the bar and switch songs, or switch apps entirely isn't practical during navigation. Nice app!

I don't pay for apps, but after driving 7 hours and not being able to control my music, I figured it was worth $1.29. If the app showed the artist/song title, I would give it 5 stars.

Simply works and makes controlling music easy while driving. A clean, nice looking overlay for Google Maps or any app. I use it with Navigation Speedometer to complete Google Navigation. Would love to see more options for overlay color, rounded corners, & icon choices for control buttons. A must have app that I really like.

Excellent just like the speedo overlay you make. Is there a way of linking this one with the speedo overlay? Would be good to have it disappear for ten seconds when tapping the speedo overlay please.

Wanted to like it but it doesn't work on my nexus 5x running nougat. Sometimes takes literally minutes to respond to a touch.I press the pause button and sometimes 2 minutes later it will pause. Will be uninstalling it.
