Chic Me - Best Shopping Deals

This app does have supper cute clothes, but the customer service is the worst I have ever came across. Shipping is extremely slow. Also I ordered a dress off of here months ago still have not received it and I contacted customer service they said that my order was some how shipped back to them. I was never refunded and they still have not shipped out another package for me. They said that they were waiting for me to reply to them to ship another one out. I reached out to them a week ago & told them to ship it out because I need the dress asap. After the fact they said that I will receive my order. I contacted them once agian and they told me they still have not sent out another order. Honestly the clothes are really cute. But it is not worth your time or money..

I bought a couple of items from this app and they were Nothing like the description. I contacted them and asked if I would be able to receive a refund or some sort of discount for my next purchase, and they would not work with me at all. Now I'm stuck with useless pieces of material that are supposed to resemble clothing. Do not recommend this app at all, useless and a scam.

I cancelled my order and haven't gotten my money back yet. It's been over two months. If I could give them 0 Stars I would.

Is there any option to change the currency? payment ? What i want to do to pay rupees in India currently, confuse

Absolutely terrible. I'm often shopping from other apps shipping from China so I know what to expect but this is just over priced false adverts. Product measures are off, extremely pour quality compared to other off these companies. Delivery is an absolute nightmare and their dubai partner rude and impossible to get a hold off. The "Costumer service" agent answered my question till the moment I asked for my money back. Haven't heard from them since. Stay away. Use jollychic instead they deliver on time and their products are better quality.

Don't waste your time and money! This company is shady and deceitful! I ordered two items and after I notice my clothes weren't being processed I contacted the "support team" to address the issue and literally all I got was lies!! I paid money and have nothing to show for it. Now I'm fighting to get my money back.

It's a good app cause I've ordered several dresses and jumpsuits from it and they were good, but I just received a dress I ordered and it has stain on both sides

TOTAL SCAM DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Terrible. Placed and order and never received it after two months. Customer service is strange and you have to contact through the app. They couldn't find my order, then told me that it had been delivered over s month ago and any problems should be addressed to the post office. They never offered to reship or refund my money so I had to challenge the charge on my credit card. Total scam.

This site is a complete joke and shouldn't be in business. They were willing to give me the address to change a color of a shirt but when I said I wanted a refund they tried to only give me 20% of eaxh item and I spent 200 some bucks. Now they gave me the adddress when I threaten to sue.

The pictures and the clothes don't match. The quality of the clothes and the price don't match. Almost everything is cheap nylon material. Better off at Primark. Please don't be fooled by the pictures.

The bathing suit material isn't swim wear material. It isn't for curvy women it seems like it's made to look cute rather then swimming.

I really like the different types of styles, variety of different types of clothes. Keeps me busy cuz it's interesting.
