About EvoTV 2 Remote (BETA)
Simple to use and easy to get started, this Android App allows you to control your EvoTV 2 from the comfort of your Smartphone.

1. Turn on the Remote Control from the EvoTV.
- Go to Settings (Round Icon on the bottom left of the Home Screen.
- Advanced settings and Turn on Remote Control.
2. Make sure the EvoTV and your Phone are in the Same Network.
3. Open up the app, and click on the IP address of the connected EvoTV.
If the EvoTV does not show up:
- Try the search button.
- Click the third icon, and Add. Manually enter the IP address of the EvoTV.
- Exit the app, and open it up again.

It searches and when tried to manually update the ip address doesnt take it. Says can't find it. Love your Evo TV 2. It's a awesome product. Purchased 2 when it was available.

I use a Evo TV XL and it works well with this app.. But sometimes the app becomes unresponsive and no command works. Only solution is to reboot the Amkette box, since toggling WiFi router or the phone doesn't solve it..Hope this is fixed.

Tried just about everything mentioned in the description and spoke to the customer service of amkette also. The search is not showing anything and manually entering the IP address is not connecting it either. Any other suggestions?

Seriously? One star? Guys restart the box once after enabling the remote option. Automatically it's appearing in the app. How easy is that? Restart it that's all. Can't believe people can be so technologically challenged. Great app team. Please make one for the system updates also. Thanks.
