Planning XLS CSV

Avoir son emploi du temps avec soit et le consulter à tout moment c'est possible grâce à cette application qui sert à afficher le planning des agents qui travaillent dans un établissement quelconque au format '.csv ' avec séparateur ';' ou au format xls de Microsoft Excel
Vous pouvez aller sur le menu changer de planning et choisir un autre planning à partir d'un emplacement comme par exemple si vous l'avez téléchargé /sdcard/download ou sur la racine de la carte SD externe /mnt/extsd
Le ficher inclus dans cette application est un exemple de planning avec 5 agents (AGENT1 à AGENT5, 3 agents de jour et 2 agents de nuit).
Au démarrage, le fichier PLANNING.csv est copié sur la racine de la carte mémoire interne, à ne pas confondre avec la carte mémoire externe.
Si vous n'avez pas de planning , vous pouvez en créer un en modifiant le fichier PLANNING.csv situé a la racine de la carte "/sdcard" en renseignant les agents et les horaires. Pour cela téléchargez un explorateur de fichier comme ES Explorer à partir du Play Store
Pour bien trier les horaires ne pas oublier le zéro (par exemple 07 H au lieu de 7 H)
Pour savoir qui c'est qui travaille à une date précise, cliquez sur "Menu", "Cherchez" puis saisissez une date au format: jj/mm/aaaa puis cliquez sur Chercher
Pour le calcul de congé payé; saisissez le nom de l'agent, la date du premier jour des vacances au format: jj/mm/aaaa , le nombre de jours cliquer sur Calculer

To sort the schedules do not forget the zero (eg 07 H instead of 7 H)
To find out who is working on a specific date, click "Menu", "Search" and enter a date in the format dd / mm / yyyy and click Search
