In dtc pass office staff is very less. Providing forms for making dtc bus pass, accepting money with the form, checking the form, taking photo by computer camera, doing entry in the computer, printing the pass, laminating the form is done by only one staff member. There should be more staff for different steps for avoiding delays and inconvenience to the general public. Also, there are no seats available in the dtc promises when the question for making pass is very long. There is no arrangement of generator when the light is cut, it is very inconvenient for general public to wait for light for hours. Cleanliness is also need attention. During summer season there are no fans in the dtc premises for general public standing in the queue for making pass or renewing pass for more than half an half. You are requested to make good arrangements to rectify the above mentioned problems.

Not good for bus Because it shows the longest route and always shows indirect route (changing bus) although there's direct bus ..
