Multiple times I've been charged for playing songs on the juke box but never heard them. Not because other music was playing but either the juke box freezes or just stops playing. Gave it another shot no music is playing played 2 songs/3 credits and nothing plays yet the credits came off my balance. What a rip off this app is lol

Competition for TouchTunes App/jukebox. I'd like to see an upcoming song list or how long until my music comes on. I've hit play next on some of my songs and still waited over an hour to hear them..

You suck can you make it more complicated to join.you really really suck. That is why I go with touch tones , learn from them don't make it harder then it should be..

I've looked both on the jukebox itself and in the app and cannot find the list of songs queued up next. If that functionality were added I'd totally throw 5 stars

Kind of pointless if you can't see the upcoming queued songs.. You could buy credits and request songs only to never hear them because there are too many songs ahead of you.

I love the app. But it claims you get "bonus credits", which you don't. For instance, at my local watering hole I can put $20 in the jukebox and get 75 credits. On the app, for $20 I get 60 + 15 bonus credits. So you aren't actually getting any free credits as it claims

downloaded app into my Acer pc and I get message it is 'Installed' but can't find it anywhere so I can use it so I can not rate it.

Picked two songs to play and I never heard either one of them. Very disappointing. I'll be asking for a refund.

While the app is easy to use, it doesn't show what was played on the machine pr what is coming up pn the list of songs played while other jukebox apps include this info

I would give this app five stars if I could see what songs are coming up next in que often times I find myself putting money in and never hearing my song because someone dumped 40 bucks in the jukebox and I have no way of knowing. Add a preview of upcoming songs so I don't waste money and the app would be perfect

App is not as good as the touchtunes app. You cannot see all the songs coming up to let you know how many songs are waiting. This is important if you are going to leave before your song plays because there is thirty songs ahead of you. Can't tell when my song is coming up.

Can't see a song queue like Touchtunes. How will I know to play priority or not?

Great app, works every time and simple to use. Only suggestion I have would be to add the ability to see past songs played at a location. It would make it easier to pick a song that would be compatible with the trend for the night. Sometimes I like playing something I want to hear workout being off taste to the fellow patrons. Thanks for the good work!

Dogshit. Paid for songs over an hour ago and still haven't heard them. No way to tell when the songs are supposed to play. Also $1 per song is a bit much.

People played multiple CD's of the same band and load up the jukebox. Other patrons either have to priority play with an extra credit or just leave because they don't like the music. Should be a ban on amount of band songs played within a certain amount of time!

Trash...takes forever to set up if you are able to. Touch tunes blows this out of the water.

Honestly I'm so upset. I've spent 65$ on this. I don't understand why 20$ on here is less credits then if I put the money in the actual jukebox. It says I'll get bonuses if I use x amount of credits. I don't believe I received any. This is a rip off

Great app. The only thing it could use is a genre tab to broaden my searching horizons.

Prefer Touchtunes to AMI. Support is terrible and jukebox loses connection constantly to app with high functioning Wi-Fi. Was an okay app at inception, but better off putting cash into their boxes than using the app.

The app really needs a way to see what is playing next, I will not purchase many songs because of that issue.
