I can't log in because it won't let me type numbers into the member ID form. My ID has numbers in it. I'm specifically trying to type my user name that I'd use to log into the website on desktop.

I just installed it tried many times to access find a Dr. All I keep getting is a blank page

Nothing but blank page, even tried uninstall and reinstall. You are stuck going to the web page. * I have galaxy note 5* Don't bother, been like this for months and they still haven't fixed it!

Health Just installed it which went smoothly... First search I tried chiropractor and optometrist with 15 miles of my Clearwater address and it came up with no results, showing the phone instead. It also makes you type your full address, which is ridiculous and should show automatically!

...unless you lose your medical card the app is wasted space. Could use a good overhaul & adding useful tools. Might as well use the complicated site.

Everytime I tried to clock in it won't let me so I deleted the app and when I try to put it back on my phone every time I put it in two different doctors names come on

Nothing is up to date. All doctors called don't accept the insurance.

I clicked on find a Dr and it was blank. Nothing showed up. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Still nothing. I had the provider ID so I know it was correct.

Gives blank screen when looking up doctor's. Information on symptom checker is not useful.

This is an app regarding health. If you can't find a doctor nearby while using this app, then it's basically just a way to look at your ID card. It needs an update. It needs to be cared for like the people that are using it.

Wish you could setup appointments thru app but works great and is way to always have your insurance card with you.

Doesn't recognise my Id

When I click on Find a Doctor all I get is a blank page.

I downloaded this for my Motorola XPRT and it would not work. Even though it says it is compatible with my device. It allowed me to log in then when it got to the screen where I can view my ID card and such it only showed a white screen with the colorful header at the top that says Amerigroup. It never gave me any tabs or buttons and no menu options to select. It's a good thing I carry my son's card in my wallet at all times. But this would have been nice to have so I'd have a copy of his card and my wife could keep the actual card with her. Guess I'm going to go to the library and print out the paper PDF version so that my wife and I can both have a copy.

Can't log in because the app wants a user ID longer than 9 characters, but their website did not make that restriction. So every time I try, the app says my user ID isn't long enough.

I just started using this app. For those who have trouble logging in - it's your Amerigroup ID not your Medicaid ID that it wants. Look on your card in the upper right corner. As for once you get logged in, it's simple. You can see you card, lists of doctors, but that's about all I've been able to find. I hope they make it better ad time goes on.

Works fine, but I have three kids and would like the ability to have all of them to be able to be seen when logged in. Also possibility of having my appointments seen here would be nice

When I click on find a doctor it always tells me that the web page is unavailable. Can you please fix this? My provider directory is useless because it's extremely out of date.

My username inputs incorrectly, and also does not recognize that I've put in the nine characters that are needed. Have to uninstall.

This app will not even download?! Says error. Garbage don't waste your time.

Amerigroup, you have taken care of me at the worst time in my life and even followed up to make sure everything was okay. That same kind of quality and effort should be portrayed in your app. This is a great start and what it does, it does well but I could see a member chat feature, maybe a feature to make a report about an experience with a practitioner and so on. What I see a lot in the comments is we just want more of a reason to have this installed. Regardless thanks Amerigroup!

I'm reinstalling this app, & I see last time I'd only given it two stars, because it was poorly updated. Fingers X'd.

App is not working again keeps telling me that my plan is not active and not available for my service area. Please fix!!!!!!!
