Very cumbersome and not compatible with my Droid device

Consistent error unable to upload pictures of receipts. Was able to do it work iPad, but not with Android version

Worst app ever, can't upload receipts doesn't give you accurate information on claims. Definitely opting out for next year.

I love that I can take a picture of the receipt of services rendered. I was not looking forward to finding all of the receipts and mailing or faxing them in. Once I get caught up it will be really easy to stay up to date!

My company issued us new cards with new numbers and the application doesn't allow me to change the numbers or link the cards! Can't register the new card because some information is the same!

Logs out every time I switch apps, and can't take screenshots for reference.

I couldn't even register -- repeated object and server errors made it impossible. Deleted app from my phone -- why keep something so thoroughly broken?

Awesome Love how easy it is to use...

I've been struggling to get my money out for reimbursement for child care throughout the entire year. Very little customer service to help and it's like pulling teeth to get MY MONEY. I hate that I am forced to use this company because of my employer. Just awful.

When registering, they need your employee ID which is so misleading. They need the reciept copies starting this year after the payment via Ameriflex A/C...inconvenient.

Functional, up-to-date and easy to use

Does not include "messages" which is the only thing that actually matters on a day to day basis. Instead you have to log on to the website to see those. So what exactly is the point of the app?

Struggling to get money out of account - CS who answered phone today had audacity its to suggest I go pay for a scanned copy, after I spent 6 minutes to the company say USE THE APP but it's the apps submission that has been kicked back 3 times.

Two claims submitted, two claims denied. Will need to go back to faxing receipts.

This app is worthless. You can't stay logged in. It wants you to take a picture of a receipt instead of being able to upload a document. The website is even worse.

It keeps saying server unavailable. Never able to submit what I need

First time used app took, 20 days after submitted claim I finally got a response. Took a phone call and rep walking it over for review. Next day denial! Just like website, if you submit more than 1 receipt per claim you get denied. It allows to submit more than one attachment but only accepts first one per rep. So you have to resubmit after denial. Why allow to submit more than 1 if not used????

Very convenient if it worked properly. When entering a claim it requires a "claimant" to be chosen but neither opens a drop-box or allows me to enter text. Because of this I cannot submit a claim defeating the purpose of downloading it. Three customer service calls later they are scratching their head and my money was out of reach. Please fix.

I submitted one claim and could not use after that one time. I can't enter information that is required.

If I could I would've rate this app ZERO or better yet, NEGATIVE. This joke of an app wouldn't even let me get passed Step 2 when registering. It'll automatically crashes, resets everything and makes me fill out the form all over again. At first, I thought it was my phone acting up but no, I tried filling out the form about twenty more times, at least. And it STILL crashes when I get to Step 2. I can understand why you guys received such low ratings now. Garbage app.

I spent the better part of an hour trying to register a new account. It was slow to load from one prompt screen to the next. Then it would kick me off before I could finish. I finally gave up.

Really easy to use

Having to answer two security questions eery time I log in is a bit annoying ..

This app is basically non-functional. It has yet to recognize my device. It asks the two security questions EVERY SINGLE TIME I log in. The app is better looking than the last one but I would rather it actually work.

... But that's like saying a liver sandwich is better than a turd sandwich. Overall ameriflex is a horrible organization full of incompetence and disdain for their account holders. They're right up their with the cable company. Sadly if your employer picked them you have no choice and need to deal with their root canal like service. At least this app makes it a tiny bit less horrific.

This app is difficult to log into because it requires your username, password, and 2 security questions each time. There's no confirmation to exit and I log out accidentally all the time. I've entered claims and it posts them to the wrong patient, and the wrong account. And everytime I try to photograph a receipt, it crashes. I'd rather fill out forms than use this.
