America's Cup

I use Chromecast. No other application crashes like America's Cup does from my LG G4. I have attempted every fix and reinstall with no luck. If you back out of the app it never remembers your location as well. It's got potential but for now I dred using the app

The Android app won't run anymore on my Samsung galaxy S7 edge. It worked fine until the most recent update. Please fix it!

Seriously they assigned the rights to coverage to a pay per view company that reaches less than 5% of NZ! At least let me pay to use your app for full coverage

I updated now it doesn't start

Same problem as many others. Downloaded and paid $7.99 to watch a race in Portsmouth only for the app to crash. When I restarted it, the app said I hadn't purchased the event even though the profile button said purchased. Ridiculous waste of money and I missed all three races while messing about trying to get the app to work. Really poor service.

Spoils races if you can't watch live. August 15: Still too expensive, also completely spoil the result with notification that you can't turn off. Payed for a race that I know the result before I get to watch.

Installed, paid subscription, no stream, no replay. What to say, searching for a pirate stream, is way better

I purchased the New York race in this app under the impression that I was paying for access to all races. You need to make it more clear what is being purchased by clicking buy. I was really looking forward to introducing my family to America's Cup racing, but it seems that AC is now only about money. Now I know why so many experienced racers I have met make fun of AC and their fans! We are all suckers getting ripped off to watch something that should be free for the whole world to see! Uninstalling

Had this app forever, before it was price gouging it's users. If you want to use anything useful it will cost you. Even if you pay for those features it's not guaranteed to work. So essentially everything is useless in this app, Even if you pay for it. Probably developed by oracle.

I have had more trouble with this app than all other apps combined. AC has us over a barrel and we are forced to pay for a POS app. I'm happy to pay for quality content and services. This is not quality.

Has shut down 15 times since the start of the race 20 minutes ago. Edit : if this app sends me another message about racing that it then can't show me, something bad is going to happen to someone.

I'm in Canada. What's the problem. 2016-05-07 broadcasting stopped at 3:30pm but the posted messages keep saying racing is going to start. Why no broadcast? After the NYC experience, won't be paying for this again. Please go back to putting the races on YouTube.

Buggy, crashes, complicated and confusing. Oh, and you have to pay a lot to see anything worthwhile.

Google cast doesn't work well. It fails randomly, stops streaming, or pauses when the phone's screen goes off.

A great way to keep people out. Even when it was available on YouTube, not many people watched. Enjoy making your $1,000 on selling videos to a handful of people. "Great" businesses model.

Have tried to use this on and off for years. 9 times out of 10 it fails during live broadcasts. Can never get it to cast to my TV. Live feed not available in the middle of the action. Why are there 2 references to "live" on the home screen especially when nothing is live?

This app has major issues on keeping you updated it is a waste of money to purchase anything on the app so just rely on twitter

Paid $7 for weekend pass. Then they gave away the app for free and it was jammed and failed to work.

I went ahead and paid the 7.99 thinking I got the whole series. I watched the replay of the NY series. After Chicago I tried to watch that and could not. I emailed complaining that my login did not work and after I sent the email I then got a screen that said the 7,99 was only one race and 24.99 for the whole thing. I got a confirmation of my original email to the developers, but I never even got a response from them. Not clear when you buy and they do not even reply to questions. Leave this one alone.

Hard to fond any reason to use it. Information is limited and yawn....

Bad program. Locks up, and locks up my Android device.

Was trying to use the app at the Chicago event this weekend. Race committee updates were extremely vague and not especially helpful, especially on Saturday when thousands of people were gathered to watch races that didn't happen and no one had a clue what was going on. Tried using the gojimmy promo code they were blasting over the Navy Pier speakers all weekend, only to receive invalid code / maximum reached error.

Crash crash crash! I lost count of how many times it crashed during the live racing. Not at all worth it.

Permission to make phone calls?

Near pointless . Un installing . Sad that such a good event is shielded by old news and constant charges.

Poor. Delayed racing, fair enough, sailors understand. But the whole commercial priority is destroying the event for fans who want to get involved with live racing. This app is form over function. Frustrating to use, misleading, but the only way of keeping up with the live action. No video in UK. Tracker app worked on iPad but was poor on Android. Went for the status tweets on Android. Disappointing.

A complete waste of your time. Terrible UI. I have trouble just trying to find the simplest of things like the results, schedule etc. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

What an incrediblelyrics useless appp,. I was watching the around the world race with better software works years ago! No videos, no race recaps. This ain't SF with Jobs on etc al. I can only hope it improves, it can't get much worse!

Bring back the free streaming for the global audience of America's Cup sailing fans... none will be left if this greed keeps going.
