Stupid app! Can't enter your birth date you have to manually scroll through every month/year to find it. Then when you find it & try to save it reverts back to 2016!!!

It's a great tool Dr was helpful and caring. Took a minute to figure out the details with my WiFi, but what a service to have.

Every time I try to pick a pharmacy, the app crashes. Useless.

Very convenient. Connection was poor so doctor called me within 5minutes of it trying to load. Connection might not be the best but most importantly you're able to talk to a professional fast and avoid going to the doctor in person.

AP disconnects. Tried 2x and both times as soon as it says it connects it says the AP/ Doctor has disconnected the call.

Firestarter log in then I called the 1-800 number because they started an account on my behalf and I didn't know so when I try to login and start an account it said already had one once I called them I was able to use it got a script and 10 minutes from my son works perfectly fine you have to have good internet to use these type of services

Like everyone else, it says I already have an account. When I enter my info to reset my password, it says no account associated with my info. What a joke.

My two year-old had been sick a few days, the night before thanksgiving I noticed he had started getting spots in his tonsils. A quick video chat avoided what could have been a very long ER wait. Rx was called in quickly. Great service!

The NowClinic is the best invention of all time! Extremely easy to use,& the physician was extremely professional! Takes about 10 mins! More convenient and less affordable then any urgent care clinic around!

This was awesome. It was like having the nurse or doctor visit me in my home. It was really cool and easier than going to a quick care.

1st time using this was fast! The physicians assistant was professional like being in an office. I had to give my credit card info for the co-pay. I would definitely use this again if I needed.

Could not enter a pharmacy without the app having to restart. Was never able to connect to a doctor. Still charged me even though it said it wouldnt. Don't bother downloading.

Got a msg that an existing account was found & a temp pw might have been sent to me when I tried to sign up for the 1st time. But No account found when I tried to look it up using "Forget my email" or "Forger my pw" features.

Have never used this service and apparently never will. Says I have an existing account that it can't locate. Unable to contact them by phone.

It says availability is limited to certain insurance carriers.my insurance is among those listed but this system does not recognize that so there are no providers available.

All I get is the same message whether on wifi (3 different ones multiple times) or on my 4gLte from at&t. Sounds like a great concept if it would actually work?

Everytime I try to log on it tells me internet connection interrupted please try again. This happened in both full 4g service and full wifi on a high speed top of the line system I've never had problems with.

The design of this app is terrible I can't type in state and changed my PW once relogged with new one didn't work and had to use temp pass after much trial and error come on that should happen right away once I change my password sheesh

So everything is almost good. I try to finish up payment and I can't select the state or location. Please fix this.

Was seen by a doctor while on vacation on Sunday night. Awesome. Some reviewers obviously don't know how to connect to the Internet or install an app.

I spent almost two hrs. And never got in touch with any kind of med. Staff this is a joke

It makes you go through the process and then you get a message that says service is not available. Once I got through to a physician and it stopped working as soon as he connected to the video call. No one calls you back, even though it says they will if it is disconnected.

I have a samsung galaxy s5 received a letter in the mail telling me to sign up for this followed all instructions correctly created my profile with my email put in a password that everything was good they found my account when to login nothin told me didn't recognize my password or my email
