It's ok for something simple.

User friendly and efficient!

I had a great experience with Express Care on a holiday. The app was user friendly and within minutes I was speaking with a physician. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had a prescription sent to my pharmacy for pick up. Problem solved on the 4th of July!

I've used this twice now when I couldn't get in to see my doctor quickly enough for my tastes. The experience was great and the app was easy to use. I received the care I needed very very conveniently. I can't recommend this enough!

Easy to use and personal service. Saved us so much time when Minute Clinic had a three hour wait. I will definitely use it again!

Hello, I would definitely recommend this application. I have used it three times. The convenience is fantastic, not having to try to get an appointment at the Doctor's office, and not to mention the time traveling to and fro. The Doctors were easy to work with. Just the fact that you can get an appointment so quickly and easily, it is just amazing convenience.

The piece of junk waited until the doctor joined, showed a blue screen, and then she couldn't reconnect. Stupid app charged me anyway when it offered to end the call. Disputed, naturally.

Took forever, Dr just told me to go to an actual Dr. Waste of time, and money. Basically a scam.

As I'm doing set up, and I need to enter my dob, I'm given a calendar where I can only scroll to the mo/year and am not able to enter the actual date. Really??? I was born in the 50s. I had to scroll back 50 years, month by month! Also, being primary, it would be nice to be able to add my family members! (Don't have children, just a husband. But there is no reason he couldn't use my phone if he needed to make contact.) Hoping to never need the service, but it's 'required' by my insurance in particular instances.

The first time you sign up, you will need to enter all of your information including insurance plan and plan ID. Using the app was easy and allows you to upload images if you need to or it will allow you to take pictures for you to upload without leaving the app. I got to speak with a doctor from the comfort of my home. Very convenient.

I wish I could use it but I can't enter my insurance. I hope this changes

Fast and effective and no driving 30 to 45 minutes to Dr office to set and wait for an hour or more to 1st see a helper then wait again for the Doctor. Thank you.

What's the purpose of this app if there are only 2 insurance companies they accept? Employee or medical mutual. Neither is mine so I am deleting the app!

Amazing way to connect with doctors who have the best training when traveling to them isn't a reasonable option.

so convenient and quick; no sitting around in doctor's office for hours waiting to be seen.

I've have great success with this App & carrying out long-distance appointments with some of my physicians/specialists. My only problem is that this benefit is covered by my insurance but they don't file the claims nor do they provide me or my family a way to file the claims & get reimbursed for these visits. We could all use the money so come on Cleveland Clinic let's get this App up to the 100% standard like CC does with everything else.

I had connection issues a couple minutes after the appointment started. I disconnected and tried to reconnect, but the app wouldn't let me do that. I ended up just doing the appointment over a phone call, much simpler and more reliable that way. It's also annoying that it makes you fill out payment info and other forms right when you're supposed to have your appointment, instead of letting you do that in advance.

Great app, used several times for myself and 12 y/o daughter for cough, sinus, etc. My daughter had a skin rash and I was able to send the photo for ease of diagnosis. Longest wait was 10 min. Easy to submit payment, great care from friendly providers. The rx's were sent electronically right to the pharmacy. Was excited to be able to receive care from a world class hospital even though we are 3 hours away!

I was told my upfront cost for my MD appt was $49 but was made to pay $100 the second I logged on for my scheduled appt. This is a problem in the system that must be fixed for this to be a viable option.

This app has been so convenient for me especially when I'm traveling. It's simple and I've never had any issues using it.

Would be much easier if during set up you could just manually enter your date of birth instead of scrolling through 40+ years of calendar pages

The app is very user friendly. Love that I can visit a doctor when I am sick without having to get in the car!

Easy to use, efficient, great live connection. Provider also was able to order the EMTs and then stay connected with me until they arrived. Great app and service! Thanks.

Incredibly convenient! Perfect when you don't feel well enough to leave the house, but really need to see a physician.

Keeps closing after I enter CC info, tells me I'm seeing a Dr when I try to log back in. Useless.

I have yet to be able to contact anyone on this app and there is no phone number to get help with this app

On hold for too long. Told I need to log out and back in to add a child to be seen. Couldn't see video of the physician... However, they were nice enough not to charge me.

Why would anyone want to pay for talking?

Would not work. Completed information. Did not recognize me.
