So many bugs and problems I don't know where to begin. First of all it will install on my tablet but now the my phone. Secondly, it took 2 calls to technical support just to complete the registration process which is filled with vague and unhelpful prompts. Then it refuses to go past the payment screen, citing connection problems. Tech support was even less helpful this time, telling me that I needed to reboot my router and this required a very fast connection and would not work on cellular. That is terribly wrong, as I can do Skype and Hangouts all day long over LTE or Wi-Fi. This virtual visit initiative is a complete scam by CHS!

It won't even let me connect. It keeps saying "Can't connect to your service" my wi-Fi is on my bars are full and i can connect to every thing else

If I already have a MyCarolinas account, why do I have to do a new registration to use the app?
