It's finally usable note that it supports fingerprint recognition, but receipt matching is still terrible. Tiny receipt thumbnails, full screen receipts that can't be zoomed, making today's mile-long receipts near impossible to read. Give me full screen receipt viewing that can be zoomed, and then linked to a transaction by choosing the transaction, instead of linking the transaction to the receipt by choosing an unidentifiable receipt thumbnail.

It failed to upload a small receipt picture a dozen times on a perfectly stable connection and when I quit retrying it deleted my picture. It should never delete the original that is in the gallery it's my picture and I keep them for my records. Worst receipt match app I've ever used.

Finally implemented fingerprint scanning! Big improvement with the last update!

Can not login to app it just sends me back login over and over after I have created 2 accounts triple checking my user and password info

This app is great on my other phones. Needs something that works with Moto g plus line

Consistently does not work. Says, "temporarily unable to upload receipts." Also, I can only upload a receipt (if by chance it lets me), if it is done through the app camera. It will not accepts a receipt from my gallery even though there is an option. Useless app. It does not do the one job it is supposed to do. Horrible.

5MB upload limit is asinine and the error handling for it is terrible. You suck, Amex. Your average rating is 2.5 stars. Might want to take a hint and fix things. P.S. There's nothing more frustrating than struggling with a broken app but being greeted with announcements that "We've been busy!" with new features. Fix what you have before you add.

I just downloaded the app for my business receipts and none of them will download it jeeps saying unable to attach please try again later, so it looks like im going to have to just keep the original receipts like i have been doing for the past years old school, i obviously can not rely on this app. It is useless, I tried this app again on 7-1717 and still does not work, so I'm done with this app, going to uninstall it right now

"We're temporarily unable to upload your receipt. Please try again" Rety OK over and over again. I'll try rety again and again, and often the photo I captured disappears and I have to retake photo. It's also completely crashed my phone - HTC One M9. It worked the first 5 receipts I matched.

There is nothing fast, simple, or automated about this app. Im lucky if it allows me to load half of my receipts before it errors out. I hate it

Keeps crashing.

Used to work like a charm. Suddenly no more saving pictures of receipts to match up with entries. That makes the app USELESS. Reporting has been without any effect.

It crashed quite often before the newest update. After the update it no longer crashes but I cannot upload a single reciet. So the app is basically unusable. Will not recommend this app to anyone.

There has been a glitch for over 1 month that makes it crash everytime you want to upload a receipt. There has been no resolution for this which effects my staff of 52 people.

App is completely broken. I could trip over a box of used tissues and old eggs and create a better design doc. Repeated login issues. Repeated sync issues. Failure to recognize login credentials I have just made. A stupidly aggressive inactivity timer,in some cases literally forcing a log out while entering in information requested by the app. Would rather be shot then have to use this app.

Great idea, bad execution. I can't upload a receipt! Every time I'm told that "it failed". I'd love to see this app functioning. It would help so much.

Great concept, but not usable. App locks up my phone with a black screen whenever I attempt to look up or access a charge. If the app worked, having login integration with my fingerprint would be very helpful so I don't have to look up my complex password every time I need to access.

The app crashes every time you try an upload a photo. I haven't been able to match a receipt with this app for over two months now.

I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend this! Problems setting it up (would not take upper case user name), repeatedly has issues doing receipt match "we're sorry, we're temporarily unable..." Calls to AMEX for support get "you must not have good internet connectivity (but no other issues with any other apps or with opening files on internet) or "the upload may be timing out because the picture is too high quality." (Samsung S7 has same pixel size as iPhone, and co-workers with iPhones do not have this issue).

Just crashes after update. Remove and reinstall doesn't help. The previous version worked okay. The new version is hopeless. Can't even take a picture now. Galaxy S5

Was working fine but last three months it says it is unable to upload images. Even the desktop app does the same thing.

It was working fine till last update. Now I can't upload image receipts or take a photo of them. Defeats the purpose of the app.

It crashes 90% of the time I open it. When I actually get it open it refuses to capture the reciept. It's worthless AMEX GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER! !!!

When it works it great, but crashes frequently, has been malfunctioning for several months, this is ridiculous!!! Hate this app

Always crashes. Must use for my work but I do not recommend

Says it logged me out to inactivity. The problem was, there was no inactivity with the app. Wasn't able to do anything with it.

When the app work it is great. When it doesn't it take to much time out of my day to keep on going back to see if it is working. This is the 3rd day I have tried to take a picture and submit.

Used to work now crashes all the time.

Uploading pictures of receipts does not work most of the time, so what's the point????

Horrible version, won't attach receipt, crashes

Every time I log in to set up my card on this app it logs me out for inactivity. When I am currently using the app. Needs lots of work.
