I app is great! It's just hard not being able to look for businesses with out having to stroll up and down.

Would have been a 5 but you don't seem to have as many offers as before. Too many things have to be purchased online.

I love this app and the points they give, also customer service is the bomb, they are so helpful and nice courteous and they help me redeem the points that I wasn't getting on my card at first they are awesome, thank you plenty for being so awesome!! I recommend everyone to download this app

Everything is simple, and the offers are good. Only thing I don't really like is having to shop just online.

It would get 5 stars from me if I were able to recieve points for ALL my purchases with participating retailers. I have been a member with plenti for a while now and with AT&T for 7+ years. I have tried syncing my accounts with one another but have yet to receive any points. Regardless, it's free and you actually benefit from it just from buying something you're going to buy anyways.

I like the fact that i can review how much points i have through the app. And see all the things to get more points

Points don't always load after completing offers. Specifically the rate the app offer. Which iswhy you now get one star

This app is super easy to use, helps get the points up with useable deals and it gives you enough chances to redeem them.

Many don't pay attention but these points really rack up and help you splurge on other things.. FREE! LOVE IT!

I'm not getting any points now. I use my number every time i get gas and i haven't gotten points sense august

Need more partners to use plenti card at, but other than that it's great to get free food or gas from the points.

Great rewards app. Very disappointed that AT&T is no longer participating though.

The first Exxon the app told me about did not work. I had to drive 5 miles to the next one. It worked great at that location.

Not what it used to be. The new app is not as user friendly as before. Plenti is not what it used to be either. Using it at Winn Dixie is almost pointless, so me is tied to my rewards card I use it every time to get my Winn Dixie discount, the plenti points are minimal

The app is user friendly and pretty to look at, but instead of adding partners and ways to earn they just keep reducing, I'm also tired of trying to get gas at a plenti station then they can't enter my card...unless I brought the physical card...and rite aid is the worst.

I can't log in through the app. It keeps saying "Network problem occurred."

Only nice to keep track of points. Terrible to use to online shop and actually redeem ponits thru their website. Tried to shop Macy's thru plenti online site to obtain the advertised 5x plenti points. Got to checkout and was unable to change quantities and remove items. Literally had to abandon the plenti app and log onto the Macy's app to complete my shopping without gaining my promised 5x plenti points. Fix your interactive website shopping!!

Easy to navigate, very helpful in managing points. Lots of offers to earn points through the app & there are a lot of things you can do through the app that keeps you from having to call customer service! (Changing password, reporting card lost/getting new card, etc)

It's easy enough to activate offers for stores that you're going into. But it seems like there's still some trouble pairing Plenti with the online marketplace. Sometimes I'm not sure if I'm going to get my points.

FIX THE ONLINE SHOPPING!!! The app locks up, drop down boxes are incomplete making store pickups impossible, app foreclosure... Not worth the hassle for me.

It's pretty good for checking point balances, and activating the bonus points deals, but there's WAAAAY too many "special offers" that just clutters up what should be a clean, simple app. Looks sloppy with all the extra nonsense you have to sort through.

Great app!! I love it. No hidden fees it's absolutely free. Free gas for just showing your card and save points to earn free gas or what ever u want to use for. Keep doing the extra points it helps.

Love the new look but I wish they had more places where they accepted the plenti card. It's really too bad AT&T will not be partnering anymore

This is a great app to keep track of your points instead of having to always go online and search up then having to login also having to write the number down if you don't have your card. Brings up all in one quick click. Very useful app.

It's awesome to have an app where j can easily just check my points and I can see all offers that apply to me and my shopping habits and even an online mareket place of hundreds of online retailers all in one place where I earn plenti points at the same time.

I have gotten a free tank of gas, a free pack of cigarettes, 3 free 12 packs of my. Dews and a huge number of free snacks and fountain drinks.... All from just using my Plenti card.... Also a large amount of points by attaching the card to my at&t service and Hulu account... What a deal y'all.... It gets my vote... Plenti for president!!! It Trump's Trump any day in Arkansas!

I hate having to have a darn app to be able to save money. Stupid that you have a card and then you have to go to app and activate deals!!!!

Ever since the update the offers have been useless. I have offers for Windixie and other stores that are no where near me.

So easy to use, the more you pump gas and buy things the more points you get n turns into money on your pocket . I have at least 40$ in points n still getting more

I absolutely love this app! It saves me a lot of money on gas. I only wish they would come out with Hulu offers again. I'm a Plenti customer for life.

Not enough local partners. Also there sweepstake was a joke, I don't think anyone won it.

The plenti points and where you can use them is great. The app is clumsy. Awesome to see your point total quickly though

works great and looks good. would rate it a 5* but 3/4 of the offers I can't use in my area. maybe look into taylor making it to zip code or location.

So far it has been very useful, I have went in a couple of ExxonMobil stores to purchases and wasn't able to use my card

Who wouldn't want to earn free things and point for things they shot for anyways? Love this app and all the things I can do with it.

Every time I attempt to cash in my plenti points and try to put in my pin # during checkout at the store I'm trying to order from (Macy's app) automatically closes down and ebates website opens instead. I've tried numerous times and different days and contacted Macy's customer service repeatedly and no one can help me cash in my >1700 points. User unfriendly. Can't ask a question. Impossible to get assistance. Ripoff! Seems like a scam.

I like the new design. I don't have a Harvey's, Bi-Lo or a Winn-Dixie around me so only get extra bonus points when the Exxon offers are up and a few times I have not gotten my points. When you first sign up you get a lot of offers that are 10X's and 7X's the points, then it drops down to 5X's and 3X's with the occasional 10 or 7. However that is fine with me because it's still basically free money just to swipe a card. A friend of mine has said that she has 3 vehicle's and when they have a weekend that they offer 7,5 or 3X's the points for gas purchases she will go a fill up all 3 cars and then the Plenti people will shut down her card or 30 days and she can't use her card at all, which means she can't spend her points she just earned or collect points. I haven't run into this problem but it seems like she gets offers that I don't.

Cool platform. Allows you to get points (cash in a way) back for places that you may frequently shop and buy gas. Would like to see them add more stores.
