Basic. Let down by lack of fingerprint login support as seen in the iOS version. The "offers" are slipping in quality which is disappointing.

Finger print scan would be useful and quicker way to access.

Did not understand this game at all. Seems to be some sort of banking app. Not very entertaining and surprising difficult.

AU Amex practically useless as can't do any Cash Advances unlike in UK

It works, but is not very innovative. Really needs a finger print or PIN code option to log in! And to allow for phone paypass payments via the app.

It's not a bad app...most of info I need is the however the layout doesn't allow you to hide old cards no longer in use and when using the rewards link you get logged out sometimes.

Please introduce an easier login option such as PIN or fingerprint. Would make accessing the app so much easier. Other than that, everything else works well.

It needs a fingerprint scanner! It also doesn't quite fit a galaxy s7 screen properly, with a bit of cropping on the left hand side.

Nothing special about this app. Navigation is poor, trying to go back a page always returns you to the home screen. No pin access. Disappointing.

Very irritating, gives you innacurate minimum payment amounts and due dates, which then makes you miss payments and get charged extra fees

Easy app to navigate. Doesn't bother me that I have to put my password in on every log in, I already do that with my bank.

Have to log in all the time to see balance. Requires password cant use pin or fingerprint very very basic !

Quick way to check your balance and look at the latest offers. Nothing fancy but does the job it's there for.

Should try having password and PIN combination type security ( like entering the username and password after every phone restart, and saving it, requiring only the PIN as a form of security after that instead)

This app needs finger print login. My other banking apps use it and now typing password is a chore.

Always behind iOS version and too few features! If you're rolling out featured, roll them out to both iOS and Android at the same time; still waiting for fingerprint authentication here! Also this is an app on the go, so an important feature would be the ability to temporarily/ permanently block cards in case you misplace or lose your card. This is basic stuff these days! Where are they?!

Not bad but behind functionality of other banking apps. In particular i hate that you can't make a payment in the app unless you owe something. I like to keep on top of my bills so dont like waiting to pay off my card. For the main part tho it does what i need it to do and its good there is an app available.

This app is the dictionary definition of mediocre. It won't change your life. It might let you check your balance. Overall a very simple app that offers none of the features other card apps offer. There is really no reason to install it.

Nothing special about this app - good in that it does what I need it to do and haven't had any problems so far. Would like to be able to receive push notifications/alerts for all transactions instead of having to receive via SMS. Would also like to see the card balance take into account any pending transactions at the time. Can often have a few hundred pending and the current balance doesn't reflect that.

Please have pin enabled log in like every other world wide financial app. My 15 character password with special characters is impossible to remember for every time I log in. Booting up LastPass each time is a pain.

Quite mediocre. Missing PIN and/or fingerprint login. The app doesn't fit on the screen properly; menu hangs off to the left. A bit of investment wouldn't go astray.

Like all other banking apps the pin should be introduced, I'm sick of entering my in depth password every time I want to check my balance... Introduce a simple login method, fingerprint or pin or something easier.

Good user face. Too delayed on transactions and points updating. When I click make payment It says it could not do it? Also points and travel system needs to have some quick links from this.

Overall good app. As a number of people have stated it needs PIN and fingerprint login mechanisms. Also the local champion needs to have a search feature because sometimes you can't see businesses on the map that are eligible.

This app works way better than the ANZ app. I'm really pleased. The only thing I wish you could do is make payments other than your minimum monthly payment. Otherwise it's great.

Does everything you need but lacks a simple pin login feature. If it had this basic function it would be 5/5.

Works well! Needs symbols and characters accepted in password though, and a quick PIN entry or fingerprint would be great. Also, balance seems to be real time but the transactions are not totally up to date.

Would be better if I could link a bank account through the app. I have to call the slow helpline separately.

I was an iOS user and that version of the app seems to have more features. The biggest thing missing is fingerprint authentication. I hate having to type in my password all the time...

It's frustrating that it takes 72 hours for a payment to go through and the app doesn't allow more payments in this period. Also, logging in with a pin would be convenient.

Android app needs to have touch sensor activation. Saves an incredible amount of time. Why would you roll it out only for iOS versions?

It's actually a pretty good app. I like that purchases update immediately. The only thing i can think of to add would be fingerprint login because I hate having to login to the app.

Wish logging in was easier by 4digit code. Not great re user-friendliness (paying bill takes too many clicks) however does the job, allows me to pay off balance on the go.

Works for me. Helps me keep track of my credit card without having to wait /rely on monthly paper statement. A pin log in would be a fabulous add on, but otherwise very user friendly.

Overall good app in terms of usability and speed, however some features are missing from desktop (point breakdown) and the local hero store selection is clunky and extremely frustrating.

why not offer pin log in or finger print log in? Also a push message on shop small or special offer around me by location would also be great.

It is a pain to log in using the long password just to check Amex offers.

Does the job. Fingerprint or PIN login would be nice. Local champion needs the ability to search an area by typing in a post code or choosing it on a map rather than only show what's around me at the time.

No access to offers or local champions sections for complementary card holders (why?!). Just a map showing local businesses. Also annoying login process.
