Ameren Mobile for Android
This app is missing the only feature I wanted it to have. I want to see daily and month to date usage numbers, just like on the site.

I agree with one of the other reviewers, Scott. Decent app, but I would love to see the daily usage stats available in the app. That's the biggest reason I would use the app, after all.
I have a brand new top of the line Android device and this app was the most unreliable sluggish app on my phone. Even Domino's and NPR are kicking your ass. Take one from Laclede Gas, if you can't offer a quality app don't offer it. Going back to paying by phone the old way......what a dirtbag app.

App saves so much time. Don't have to wait around for the mail to come and u don't have to remember a website or look it up on google

App works good except I found that I cannot pay my bill until the date in my time zone catches up with the date in the website server time zone. This is not really due to the app, but a problem with the speed pay website that the app takes you to. The transaction date is automatically set on the form according to my system clock, then I get the message: " The Payment Date value may not be a date in the past." I get charged a "convenience fee" for having to wait on time zone issues.
This app currently doesn't work. It will infinitely buffer and not let you do anything else. When Ameren fixes the issue and makes an app that works, I will update my review.

This is the only app I have that constantly crashes, and it has done it on 3 different phones. Impossible to use, going to the website through the mobile browser is far easier.
I have two separate accounts, 1 for my house and one for a lake lot and because they consider my lake lot a business account I need to have two separate usernames. If the accounts are in my name I should be able to see all my accounts from one username regardless if the classify one as residential and one as business.
Tons of streetlights out. App asks if you are reporting a streetlight out. Select yes, app tells you to find a phone, call, wait on hold 15 minutes, answer many questions. Welcome to 1950

This app is just a wrapper around Ameren's mobile website, nothing worth actually having an app for.

Day 1 My problem was making a payment and buffering. It just never took. You dont want to redo the payment because you are afraid it might debit your account twice. So you call ameren. But its 8 oclock at nite so no one is there. Day 2 So you call the next day and the rep tells you to wait and see if it goes thur. It doesnt. Day 3 ..So now either forgotten u even have to pay or you do call back and wasted 3 days trying to pay your electric bill. Month 2 repeat.
For some reason the app won't show me how much I owe on my bill.
This app is bullshit. All it do is buffer.
Would like to see power / gass usage and temp chart. A daily chart for the last 30 days, or something that can be customized. Online website has this but it's not very optimized.

It gives me enough functionality to be useful, but in order to exit, I have to go to my currently running apps and force close it on my S4. Should be an easy fix for Ameren.
You can check/pay your bill and see if your power is on...That's about all though. Would like to see current use age during my monthly cycle.
When I updated my password I had to uninstall and reinstall the app in order to login in again. No biggie
glad to have this app can turn in power outages here in town. and plus can pay my bill alot easier and faster instead of using gas to go to walmart or somewhere to pay it.

Down to 1 star for FORCING me to allow location permissions in order to update the app. There's NO REASON for you to know my location and force it on me! You need to add the daily usage stats without having to log into your account through a web browser.
