Amcrest Cloud for Android
This is my second camera I've gotten. The first a ProHD 960P, I couldn't get it to work. This one was a lot better though. I really love it and highly recommend this camera.
Camera's are nice. Do not try to call in for technical support. They are very rude.
Rediculous unreliable and forces monthly cost for more than 1 camera

For the third time in as many weeks, my camera has stopped recording. Last time the support team had to do a lot of resets, including the camera & the cloud. This is used for security & for approximately a year, it was great. These recent issues need to be corrected permanently & then I would give 5 stars.
overall great, some days I.call it the critter cam, flies, birds other strange items. It had stopped working for about 2 week, not sure why rebooted it and changed the schedule and.made sure there was only one and now.it ia working again. overall easy set up and peace of mind
Lost ability to view camera from cloud all at once. Kept saying incorrect password. Had to do hard reboot of camera and reinstall from pc first then reinstall cloud app and reconfigure everything and still WILL NOT WORK. Tech support has been farmed out to India. What a joke. Used to be great when Texas support center was available. DONT USE THIS CAMERA AND APP. You will regret it and be sorry.
Poor execution for a camera company. The app is only good for one camera stream unless more are purchased. App SHOULD be free & be for transferring SETTINGS BETWEEN DEVICES not just a money grab.
Good bit something is missing: the possibility to set a specific ring tone for notifications sent from this app. A colleague of mine bought another in camera half of the price I paid for this camera an he has this feature. I had to download another app called MegaSound which does this jobs. The rest was fine!
Didn't work for months. Uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. It wouldnt save schedule and settings. Finally after months it is working. Only records the last 4 hours.. not 4 hrs worth.
I get warning of motion, but there are never any videos. I've tried everything and can't get any recordings.
I just added a second outdoor cam and it was pretty simple. While I was abroad I was able to keep tabs on my house. Haven't tried the cloud storage but may for the outdoor cam.
Inadequate . one has to use so many different software modules from your company to complete a setup.
Now I'm connected to the cloud app, I can't find how to communicate like I used to be able to. Also there seems to be either a notification on or off for both me and my husband. It can't be separate. I want the notifications and he doesn't.
App crashes during security setup when adding first camera.

Getting anybody from Tech Support to call me is terrible. They tell me to watch videos to get started, and thus far, unable to get account going with bullet camera and getting zero help with Amcrest View and Amcrest Cloud. I need step by step phone help to get going.

Works half the time. Constantly get black screen. 2 different locations so I know it's not an internet issue. Run connectivity test each time and it passes both tests. Looking at Arlo cameras as they don't charge a monthly fee and other people I know are much happier. Customer service with Amcrest is no good either.
