Samsung WE VoIP

Now I know why Samsung kill SIP native Android client every time in their firmwares. Burn ???? in hell for those Samsung staff who does it!!!

When I open the app my keyboard covers the screen where I'm supposed to sign or something. I uninstalled the keyboard I had and now the Samsung keyboard covers it. There is no removing the keyboard off the page.

Fantastic app if setup correctly

It doesn't work. It's very expensive and even our telecoms provider can't set it up properly. Costing my business a fortune in missed calls wish I had never heard of it!

how to use

It asked for my provision server IP. I give it and then it tells me that it does not connect. Then someone in Shelbyville Tennessee as text my Google accounts with an LG Nexus 5 phone. So I go back to this app and it does not show me anything. It is not showing me that I have VoIP calling now or anything. It is just stuck in Settings.

What would help a real lot if the profile field for defined wevoip calls vs mobile calls supported wildcards. Currently you have to enter every extension into 1 tiny field to automate extension to extension calls. Then you could eliminate the need to ask the user what path to take every time you dial. Also there are some ports that need forwarding that are not documented properly. The setup is complicated. And lastly, it should install its own dialer on devices that are not compatible, eg: Tablets.

The outgoing call is not working, because it doesn't capture the MIUI phone dialer.

Has made life so much easier. Occasionally drops out.

Closes upon making or receiving calls on Google Pixel. Please fix this. I used this all the time on my Note 4 now I can't as I didn't stay Samsung. I think it's to do with the dialler app on the Pixel.

The call quality is great, works well on Hands free in the car, for me the application is a real winner. It works extremely well as a virtual office device sending my desk phone caller ID. I have it paired for incoming and can select outgoing via the desk phone for seamless calls from home etc.

This has been great for me as I was in the usa and connected me to the office when needed.

We've got it working with our system perfectly. One major draw back is when you've got 3G/LTE mode enabled its difficult/dangerous to use in the car. I'm driving along and have to physically wake my device up and pop in the pin code before I can use voice dialing or steering wheel controls to make a call because of the need to select between we voip and mobile. We want field extensions active but it within the menu there should be some option for disabling while on bluetooth or always use one or the other while connected to bluetooth.

I really appreciate affordable quality in the hands of the consumer!
