Online application regarding any complaint related to Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation can be reported easily with a photograph. Also the action is took on complaint as soon as possible so as to provide resolution against the complaint of users. I had complained many times related to lights, drainage issues and many more everytime i got resolution as soon as possible. Good initiative by Municipal corporation and Government.

App is nice but no responsible person are there to resolve my issue.... Problem is not resolved even after 1 month completed to register my issue.... Need to work on Government side...

Identify your aria ward using the application.With you and your city to avoid such difficulties.

1.After complaint, complaint no. does not shows. 2. Also complaint status is blank after complaint and no history for complaint shows 3. 3 star is for good initiatives by AMC

Location issue

The app is in working condition that's good but some of the things are yet not working. Even feedback is not working. I can't reopen the unresolved complaint or repeated issues. I can't see details of my complaint and for repeated complaint I have to fill each and every detail again and again. Complaint log don't even show date when I registered the complaint. Complaint status should show all stages of complaint and tentative date of resolution.

Not able to raise complain using this app. So it fails fulfill the main purpose. Let me award you one star.

Very Childish type of application is this, There is no option for detailed information about the Societies, Chawls, Mohhalas etc. Also after making any complaint there is no option to detailed information about the complaints too, it just shows complaint number is this and it is open that's it. Please make some mature application.

Useless app! Waste of time, nobody seems to look at complaint. You can have all the apps and technology in place, but if there is NO WILL to serve, then it is futile. They should just say we do not want to modernize. The app has good coverage of localities and is easy to book complaint, but that's all. After complaint is made, you would just get a number and then nothing happens. They would automatically close the complaint and just message "if you are not satisfied with complaint response, call at the local municipality office"". Then what's the use of this app? Made 2 complaints, got the same response. Better to remove this app from Google Play.

i have logged in more then 5 complaints but when i checked the complaint status and the same says that no pending complaints and the places for what i have complained are still the same. Is this app actually working or just for the same it's made up.

AMC not want to solve actual problem. Any app or methods not working.

Saves a time lot. No facility to reopen complaint looks amazing. It can be found out how many complaints closure sincerely.

Its showpiece app complaint gets registered but not addressed I have made 5 similar complaints of burning waste but still every morning municipal worker burns waste in front of our society

It seems they have TAT for closure of complaint on system but not on the ground. My registered complaint was closed without actual closure

Not able to search area, it always shows internet slow message. Don't even deserve 0 star.

Don't know why some people rate low an app if find some problems. Great app. Let's make Ahmedabad from better to the best by helping AMC.

The ground work is pathetic - Complaint gets closed without any action taken. No feedback mechanism.

Its ok many spelling mistakes. You people have developed application that fine but who will attend the complaint first try to revive your sevices...

I cannot see complaint status in app after registering complaint & I did not get enough time to write complaint no. Please provide SMS facility or email facility in order to keep record of complaints otherwise it is useless.

Many more change do in this app., Like add riverfront area and also cover sr.citizan service

Kindly dont close the complaints without attending... And have some time frame SLA when ever you feel to attend.
