Evosonic Radio was a specialist in electronic dance music, available via cable and satellite. Evosonic was operated by a team led by DJ Mike S. (Chris-Maico Schmidt) from Stuttgart. The first broadcast started May 1st 1997 from Cologne, the last ended October 1st 1999.
Evosonic was a format radio, but leaving all the creative freedom to it's producers and DJ's, so the program covered many styles of electronic music, spanning from Techno to Trance, from Drum'n'Bass to Breaks, from Gabber to Hardcore and everything in-between...
