Acid Reflux Symptom Tracking

This application is currently in testing. Application allows user to record acid-reflux (GERD) related symptoms that they experience on a day-to-day level. User will be able to enter their symptoms with a start and end time as well as the degree of severeness. Also, users will be able to view their symptoms in a daily or weekly viewer as a list or a graph. Users can share their symptoms with their doctors via email, helping doctors make appropriate diagnostic and treatment options based on their symptoms.
